With his piercing blue eyes, Wolfie patrols the studio, ensuring every project and team interaction is up to scratch. Loved by creatives and clients alike, he brings a touch of wild spirit to our space and herds us outside when we’re sun deprived.

DAN MITCHELL

Daniel Mitchell is a strong narrative video and film editor who has drawn leading directors with his storytelling edge and penchant for creating cinematic tone. Over the past 15 years he has won local and international awards for his commercial and feature film editing. Daniel approaches his creative video edits with curiosity and enjoys the collaboration to develop the expression of a story.

He also has a dog called Finn who would make a great assistant were it not for his lack of opposable thumbs.

Jason brings over a decade of editing expertise to the Farmhouse team, collaborating with filmmakers and brands to transform raw footage into cinematic gems. With a sharp eye for detail and creative flair, he adds personality and a dash of his quirky genius to every frame. Like his spirit animal, the rooster, Jason is always alert and ready, bringing each project to life with his signature style.

LUKE APTEKER

A fish-for-brains creative mogul with a penchant for bad tattoos and stellar storytelling, Luke has close to 20 years of experience in film. He’s rubbed shoulders with the industry’s finest and harvested award-winning edits in the process, cultivating leading roles at international companies like Red Bull Media House and conquering the commercials world as ECD at Publicis. Outside of the chop shop, you can find him lost in the Cederberg, dropping pizzas, or falling off one of his motorbikes.

ETHAN STORM

Ethan left behind his Creative Director role at a global content studio to co-found Farmhouse Post. Here, he keeps the barn lights burning and the farmers fed. He’s all about building a creative community where fresh ideas can grow. Ethan’s passion for making music is matched only by his love for documentaries, having worked on SAFTA, AFRIFF, and Webby award-winning projects. As a seasoned video editor, the only thing he chops faster than footage is firewood. And if you’re up for a game of padel, he’s probably looking for a fourth.

EBENHAEZER SMAL

Ebenhaezer, or as he’s better known, Haezer, stepped off the global music stage and onto the fields of Farmhouse. As a multi-award-winning editor and composer, he brings the sharpest ear and eye for detail (along with Tribeca and SAFTA trophies for the shelf). From editing features to composing soundscapes, Ebie’s the guy who can make any project sing—literally. When he’s not weaving magic in the sound suite, you’ll find him with his dog, on the tennis court, or savouring a glass of fine wine.

KESHET KARIDI

Meet our number one farmhand, Keshet—or ‘Machete,’ as we like to call him. If we ever get stuck in a thicket, he hacks his way across the technical terrain and finds a way through. Whether he’s crafting VFX, managing online edits, or fine-tuning frames, he gets it done in one fell swoop. With couscous in hand and a worldly accent to boot, Machete blends his love for music, gaming, and tech into everything he does.

Rebecca traded in her pen for a pitchfork, moving from the journalism jungle to the heart of Farmhouse Post. If there’s ever a drought or a pig in the proverbial truffle patch, Becky’s got it covered—always with a cool head and homebrew in hand. When she’s not crushing deadlines, she’s crushing deadlifts or spoiling her two rescue dogs with the same dedication she brings to the farm.
